Avoid Structural Damage – All built-in concrete planters eventually leak, creating costly structural issues over time. This is a costly design flaw, as many condo boards, architects, and residents have learned through costly remediation projects.

Your DeepStream Project Manager ensures you get stress-free assistance you need for your project to succeed with a single point of contact for accountability.

As the Developer and General Contractor on a project in which we retained a unit to live in long-term, the planters we created replaced the built-in concrete planters specified by the Architect. Our practical design provides the lowest overall cost of ownership to the condo board and the environment over time.

Now with hundreds of installations and two decades of experience, we are rooftop planter and screen wall specialists. After almost two decades of rain, sun, and numerous hurricanes, we are pleased to report that the original planters will still be in fine condition for at least another 20 years or more.

Our planters also anchor screen walls to avoid penetrating the roof membrane above the penthouse units, rooftop restaurants, and public spaces.
